Consulting: • By auditing a business current Occupational Health and Safety plan, the consultants will offer advice to improve or strengthened the program. We will identify shortcomings and recommend corrective action. • Where a business do not have full time personnel to maintain the Occupational Health and Safety program we offer a service to manage the program on agreed terms and conditions. We also place Safety Officers on projects or more permanent basis, the advantage here is that the Safety Officers will have the full support from C&M Safety Consultants cc. • C&M Safety Consultants cc. can assist businesses with no Occupational Health and Safety program to develop and implement a program, as per the client requirements. • Our Consultants, through their practical experience can assist businesses to investigate accidents and injuries and prepare the reports. • We are able to assist business in improving their Occupational Health and Safety performance and reduce their risk liability i.e. Fire, Accident claims and overall insurance liability. • Construction Regulation Section 4 "Clients Responsibility" We can represent"Clients" (ie: developers) as the Agent responsible for Occupational Health and Safety.   - Prepare the Construction Health and Safety Specification for the Projects.   - Audit / Inspect the Projects and provide detailed reports of audits and inspections.   - Assist Contractors to prepare the Site Health and Safety Documentation as required by the Construction Regulations. • Develop and Implement HSE Programs (MBSA or Company Specific). • Assist with legal compliance on changes in the Law. • Manage Client's HSE systems • Inspection of workplaces with recommendations & action plans. • Training • C&M Safety Consultants cc. specialize in the construction industry. The courses are unique in the sense that they are all based on practical examples, real live situations and are all competencies based.
